I've found several translations for "plain chocolate":

Bitterschokolade
Zartbitterschokolade
dunkle Schokolade

Which translation would be correct?

"dunkle Schokolade" würde auch gehen, aber "Bitterschokolade" wäre meine erste Wahl.

agree  Cetacea: Mir persönlich gefällt "dunkle Schokolade" besser; wird auch immer häufiger gebraucht, denn "bitter" schmeckt sie ja nun wirklich nicht.

dunkle Schokolade


Explanation:
Ich tendiere auch zu "dunkle Schokolade", da es um die Zutaten eines fertigen Kekses geht.
Ob es sich wirklich um Bitterschokolade oder Zartbitterschokolade handelt wissen wir ja nicht.

Oder hast du welche zum Probieren? Da helfe ich doch gerne.... ;-)
