Klippfisch


Explanation:
Wie MV Legal Trans angemerkt hat wird Stockfisch ungesalzen getrocknet, während Klippfisch zunächst gesalzen und dann getrocknet wird. Allerdings kennt diese Unterscheidung heute kaum noch jemand, die Bezeichnung "Stockfisch" setzt sich auch für Klippfisch immer weiter durch. Auf Speisekarten (in Deutschland und England) findet man außerdem immer häufiger die italienische Bezeichnung für Klippfisch, nämlich "Baccalà"
