Avoid putting the lift tool in the center of the elements, at the same area as the high limit bulb, or damage to the high limit could result.

Open high limit circuit.
Reset the high limit by using a small screwdriver or Allen wrench, gently pushing it into the hole in the heating element hinge; if high limit does not reset, high limit must be replaced

Hier geht es um kommerzielle Fritteusen. Das Heizelement ist im Becken der Fritteuse. Könnte es sich um einen Temperaturbegrenzungsfühler (aber was für eine "bulb") oder so etwas handeln? Der 2. Abschnitt war in der Fehlersuche des Geräts zu finden.

Explanation:
Ich denke es handelt sich um einen T-begrenzer und mit bulb ist der Fühler gemeint.

Den link hatte ich auch schon gesehen.

da steht was von Max.Fühler Temp. und im englischen steht da Max. bulb temp.

hier wird es mit Kapillarohrsensor übersetzt.
schau mal rein, mehrsprachig und mit Zeichnungen.
