Explanation:
Im Prinzip ist die Variante ganz ähnlich wie Elisabeths Vorschlag 'mit der Zeit gehen'. Es geht hier eventuell darum, dass die Rezepturen an die heutigen Essgewohnheiten angepasst wurden. Wo früher schwere Mehlschwitzen und Béchamelsaucen mit Sahne angesagt waren, werden heute leichtere Varianten bevorzug, die z. B. mit Joghurt 'schlanker' wurden oder nicht so viel Butter/Eier/Sahne verwenden.

Naja, bei Bier haben Butter und Sahne, Mehlschwitzen und Béchamelsaucen wohl nichts zu suchen. Die Butter könnte ich zumindest noch auf der obligatorischen ofenfrischen Laugenbrezel mit einer ordentlichen Scheibe Käse unterbringen - auch wenn ich mir das Bier dazu generell spare, weil es meinem Geschmack leider überhaupt nicht zusagt.
