Hier ist noch eine Leckerei aus meiner Speisekarte. Ich bräuchte bei *24 Hour Apple "Tarte Tatin" * einen kurzen Tipp. Ich weiß, Tarte Tatin ist ein gedeckter Apfelkuchen, aber was mache ich mit *24 hour*? Soll ich das weglassen oder soll ich Tarte Tatin stehen lassen?? Ich glaube, ich habe schon zu lange nachgedacht ....

Explanation:
Ne Menge Bindestriche hier, aber wohl so korrekt im Deutschen. "Tarte Tatin" wird [berall beibehalten. Grund: Diese Torte wird "umgekehrt herum" gebacken, um die typische Karamel-Schicht richtig hinzukriegen. Was aber mit dem " 24 Stunden" geschieht ....?? Der Grund ist mir nicht klar. 24 Stunden im Kühlschrank stehen lassen?
