In der Betriebsanleitung für eine Gießanlage für Käse heißt es unter "Definitionen":
"***Harp*** The cut off unit which uses tightly drawn wires to cut the cheese. Harpn takes it name from the musical instrument."
Gibt es einen deutschen Ausdruck dafür?
