Bus/Financial - Food & Dairy / Joint Venture/Geschäftskorrespondenz
English term or phrase: to obtain additional ownership interest
Commencing at the third year of the establishment of the Joint Venture, X would be afforded the right, but not the obligation, to obtain additional ownership interest in the Joint Venture.

Meine vorläufige Lösung lautet:

Mit Beginn des dritten Jahres nach Gründung des Gemeinschaftsunternehmen würde X berechtig, aber nicht verpflichtet, *zusätzliche Anteile* am Gemeinschaftsunternehmen zu erwerben.
