Explanation: Depends on the audience reading your text... an industry expert knows exactly what VSP (Vacuum Skin Packaging) means and will therefore appreciate the German technical term "Vakuum-Skin-Verpackung".
If this is however, meant to be read by a general audience, I would definitely go for a non-Denglish sounding, general translation:
(Vakuum- und...) Schrumpffolienverpackung" (since it's meant to be "like a second skin", just browse the product tabs in the link below). Or for a change of pace, you can borrow some better-known terms like Stretchfolie, even "Schrumpffolie" alone.
