English to German translations [PRO]
Food & Dairy / Chocolate | | English term or phrase: single origion chocolate | "Each single origin chocolate is prepared with 1 rarely found – but superior – cocoa from a specific region like Santo Domingo, Java, Sao Thomé, Tanzania etc."
Its evidently chcoalte made from a specific type of cacoa bean from a certain country of origion. But such a description is too long. Is there a similar short term in German?

Für besondere Schokoladen (meist Tafel- schokolade, es können aber auch Pralinen sein) wird mitunter nur eine ausgewählte Kakaosorte verwendet, was dann meistens auch auf der Packung steht. Teuer, aber gut. Nicht die normale Supermarktware. |
