Ich würde es Waschkommode nennen.
Manche dieser Kommoden haben Marmorplatten mit eingelassener Waschschüssel, andere einen Holzdeckel der nach dem waschen geschlossen wird, dann sieht es aus wie eine normale Kommode. Hier ein besonders schönes Beispiel.

In früheren Zeiten wurde im unteren Teil der Nachttopf aufbewahrt. Im Deckel ist manchmal noch ein Spiegel versteckt. 'Kompakter' kann man sich sein Bad nicht wünschen. |
