Fabricated hardwood sections with channel steel support bar. Seat is firm density polyurethane bonded to elastic fabric support and frame. Cushions are tightly secured to back and seat panels, but are easily removable for cleaning. Features double-stitched seams. Mirror is 6mm, mitred back corner edges.

Es geht um eine Designersofa, ist jemandem der Begriff schon einmal untergekommen?

neutral  Hans G. Liepert: eine 6mm Spanplatte ist eher was für IKEA Bilderrahmen// Eine 6mm SDpanplatte biegt sich beim Daumendruck durch - das ist wirklich nichts für ein Möbel// muss Dich enttäuschen, Spanplatten gibts bis 40 mm Dicke: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanplatte

  -> die 6 mm stehen ja nun mal dort.... laut Schreiner sind 6 mm ausreichend, wenn ein "Gerüst" vorhanden ist... aber es würde sich dann nicht um Span-, sondern um Mehrschichtplatten handeln... was du mir da im Link geschickt hast, kenne ich als Pressspan...
