agree  Christine Healy-Rendel: Ich bin mir sicher, dass das hier gemeint ist. Evtl. auch einfach nur „Untersatz“, da es sich nicht nur für heiße Töpfe, sondern auch für Auflaufformen etc. eignet. Siehe auch http://www.topf-pfanne.de/test/de/dept_7.html
