Ich habe das dumpfe Gefühl, als wären die in einem U-Boot (weil sie am Ende den Eimer in die Sandbank beim Schrottplatz (ship-breaking = Schiffsverwertung) navigieren sollen. Bloß ob im oder unter Wasser? Wenn U-Boot, dann wäre
topside - "an die Oberfläche"

"get back topside" wäre dann das Kommando zum Auftauchen bei U-Booten (ich war aber nicht bei der Marine!). Vielleicht kann man dazu jemanden anpingen?

Na, so ganz ist\'s das immer noch nicht:
\"Gehe wieder auf\'s (und dann ein Ort auf irgendeinem Deck oberhalb vom Hauptdeck - aber ich kenne mich da mit Schiffen nicht aus.) Oberdeck!\" (eventuell).
Aber ich denke, in dem Umfeld ist die Bedeutung anzusiedeln!
