Es ist "mein erstes Mal" ;-) und der Text MUSS übersetzt werden.

Wie kann ich es am besten im Zusammenhang mit manufactured und printed ausdrücken?

Heißt es "und ausländische Patentanmeldungen" oder "anhängige ausländische Patente"?

Kennt sich jemand genau aus?

patent pending heisst ganz einfach, dass man etwas zum Patent angemeldet hat, dass das Patent jedoch noch nicht erteilt wurde.
So sagt man das auf Deutsch.

Patentanmeldungen im Ausland laufen


Explanation:
Ich habe vorsichtshalber noch einmal bei
Romain/Bader/Byrd: Dictionary of legal and commercial terms nachgesehen - die kennen den Ausdruck auch so.
Wobei "im Ausland" natürlich wenig sinnvoll ist - man müsste schon spezifische Länder nennen.
