Es handelt sich um den Kommentar der "Trainerin" in einem Fitness-Videospiel. Es ist ein humoristischer Kommentar, allerdings steht leider kein Kontext weiter zur Verfügung, ich weiß also nicht, in welcher Situation dieser Kommentar kommt.
Ich habe absolut keine Ahnung, was das bedeuten könnte oder wann dieser Satz fallen könnte. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Der Ausdruck wird auch in Diskussionen verwendet, wenn es etwas hitziger wird: "Hold on - back up there a bit", im Sinne von "Nun mach mal halblang".
Daher vermute ich, dass damit jemand ein bisschen in seinem sportlichen Übereifer gebremst werden soll.
Weiß nicht, ob das mit dem "mein Lieber" für "sparky" hinhaut. Vermutlich muss der Satz sowohl für weibliche als auch männliche Spieler passen - vielleicht "Schätzchen" oder sowas!?
