Kürzer wäre so wie Manuela schreibt, geht aber imo zu Lasten von Verständlichkeit und 'sprachlicher Schönheit'. "Könnenbasiert" etc sind nun mal keine echten deutschen Wörter, sondern ... übersetzte engl. Wörter. Aber wenn das immer Ratespiele/Quizspiele sind, kann man sie ja auch so nennen.

Allerdings würde ich dann im darauffolgenden Satz vielleicht etwas umdisponieren und evtl. schreiben "Das Element Wissen, ist die Fähigkeit, die erforderlich ist....

Ich persönlich würde wahrscheinlich bei wissensbasiert bleiben, aber das mag ein persönliche Vorliebe sein.
