English to German translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Games / Video Games / Gaming / Casino / terms of use | | English term or phrase: apart from being executed in any form apart from being run | Not sure if it is the late hour but I am completely stuck on a sentence in the user agreement section for a casino website. Here the sentence:
"User may not sublicense, lease, rent or otherwise allow 3rd parties to use Software, or any portions thereof, apart from being executed in any form apart from being run as a server script on User’s computers."
I understand the first part of the sentence but the two "aparts" have me confused. I am really not sure whether the user may run it as a server script on User's computers or not. I would very much appreciate some input from someone with a better legal understanding! |
