According to Article 10 of the Gaming Duties Act, holders of a licence to provide games in land-based casinos are subject to a basic charge of 45 per cent of their Gross Gaming Revenues (‘GGR’ – stakes minus winnings), less the value of the tokens in the tronc, and an additional charge of 30 per cent for GGR (less the value of the tokens in the tronc) which exceeds DKK 4 million (calculated on a monthly basis).
