ich glaube fast auch, dass es Intitials heißen solll.
Obwohl bei der einen Vertragspartei der Name ausgeschrieben steht + Firma (also keine Initialen), bei der anderen Vertragspartei soll an dieser Stelle noch unterschrieben werden.
