Ein Unternehmen des Strukturvertriebs ABC legt seinen Vertriebspartnern nahe, sich an den Telefonkonferenzen zu beteiligen:

Laut Wikipedia ist "The 411" eine R&B Band. Mir sagt nicht einmal der Begriff R&B Band etwas, noch kann ich hier irgendeinen Zusammenhang erkennen.

Explanation: Ich hab' zwar nicht herausgefunden, woher dieser Begriff stammt, aber wenn man nach "to get the 411" googelt, zeigen die Ergebnisse an, dass dies wohl ein anderer (alter) Ausdruck für "to get the Information" ist.

Explanation: Beide vorherigen Antworten haben Recht - es geht um eine Telefonnummer, unter der man alle möglichen Informationen bekommt. Würde deshalb ganz einfach ziemlich wörtlich übersetzen - eventuell in Klammer (Informationsnummer), je nachdem für wen Übersetzung ist.

Wurde von Francis und Olaf überzeugt, dass das nicht passt für deutschen Markt.
In dem Sinne dann wohl eher Friedhelms Antwort, aber ich würde es statt Information Auskunft wählen... in etwa: holen Sie sich die Auskunft im (bei uns in Österreich) Herold!
