Ich hoffe, es geht Ihnen und Ihrer Familie gut.


Explanation:
Ich vermisse den Alternativschlag, das Verb nach vorne zu stellen.
Dennoch ziehe ich - wie bereits angemerkt - die "dass-Konstruktion" vor: ...dass es Ihnen und Ihrer Familie gut geht.
