In einem Arbeitspapier der EU taucht im englischen Originaltext ein kursiv gedruckter Sazt in eckigen Klammern auf, dem die Abkürzung "N.B." voransteht.

Kennt jemand diese Abkürzung und weiß, ob und wie man diese übersetzt?
