Vielleicht in etwas anderer "Kombination": ...dass eine aus einer Kombination von DNA-Reparaturenzymen abgeleitete Signatur - mit niedriger BRCA1-, aber hoher ERCC!- und/oder XPG-Expression - eine hochsensible Population charakterisiert, für die ein wesentlich verbessertes Therapieergebnis erzielt werden kann. |
