Explanation:
Ich denke, dass es sich hier um eine Einschränkung handelt. Im qualifying statemnt wird höchstwahrscheinlich gesagt, dass die Angaben unter den aufgelisteten Annahmen erreicht wurden usw.

IMO, the qualifying statement here is no more than a description of the geological findings, which would not of course be subject to guarantee. The German would probably add "nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen" somewhere... or maybe just "ohne Gewähr"...
