The table of contents allow us to more easily compare the countries and their positions on the different themes discussed:
the diffences found not just regarding internal affairs of each participating country (Danmark, United Kingdom, Portugal and also Germany and Hungary), but also their positions on the EU directives: Denmark as an optional outsider and Hungary just entering the EU some months ago
and, of course, this has a direct impact on law and enforcement issues, since, more and more, the nationals contexts are adviced to stick to the EU directives (Denmark: +++generic laws and outframed+++ from the EU directives

Ich bin mir zwar nicht sicher, da ich "outframed" noch nie gehört habe. Da Dänemark aber im EU-Zusammenhang bestimmte Ausnahmen für sich geltend macht (siehe "optional outsider"), könnte der Satzteil bedeuten, dass es dort sozusagen eine Parallelexistenz von eigenständig (rein national) verabschiedeten Gesetzen und von EU-Richtlinien abgeleiteten Gesetzen (oder anders: von Gesetzen, die EU-Richtlinien in nationales Recht überführen/umsetzen) gibt.
