Kommentar zu Klaus: Es geht hier um Minderheitsbeteiligungen und nicht um Angehörige einer (sozialen) Minderheit. Ich glaube kaum, dass man hier "Angehörige" schreiben sollte.

"geführt" gefällt mir persönlich besser als "betrieben"

Den zitierten Satz habe ich im Eurodicautom gefunden (survey of minority-owned enterprisis)

Ich nehme meinen Kommentar an Klaus zurück. Habe gerade gesehen, dass wahrscheinlich doch Minderheiten in Ihrem Sinne gemeint sind.

The Survey of Business Owners (SBO), formerly known as the Surveys of Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (SMOBE/SWOBE), provides statistics that describe the composition of U.S. businesses by gender, Hispanic or Latino origin, and race.
