- The number of villages in the plan was reduced from 4 to 2
- The overall distance of the plan was reduced from nearly 2 hours to 55 minutes
- Government support was greatly strengthened at federal, state and local levels

Damit sind ja die Bundesländer gemeint, aber leider gibt's da kein Adjektiv im Deutschen. Wie kriege ich die 3 Ebenen am besten zusammen?
