Den Begriff 'public involvement', der auch häufig vorkommt, habe ich mit ,Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung' (an Planungsentscheidungen) gefunden; für ,community involvement' denke ich an Bürgerbeteiligung (s. Wiki), bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich da nicht was übersehe, was findet Ihr?

Bürgerbeteiligung gefällt mir sehr gut.
Eventuell könnte man auch an einigen Stellen eine Umschreibung wählen: "die Bürger mit in die Planungen einbeziehen"
Das wäre etwas schwächer als Beteiligung, denn an den Kosten beteiligen sich die Bürger hinterher nicht (jedenfalls nicht direkt - über die Steuern jedoch indirekt). |
