Asker: Dankeschön, aber den Rat brauche ich unten noch für Council, die zitierten Stellen sprechen von Council Directive nicht Counsel

Asker: OK, habe jetzt für Council Europäischer Rat gefunden und Counsel ist dann der Rat der Europäischen Union, der in Gesetzestexten nur als der Rat bezeichnet wird. Dankeschön!
