agree  Werner Walther: Local commuinity leader ins management - das ist ja wohl ein Treffer ins Schwarze - da kann eigentlich garnichts mehr passieren! Zustimmung zu Deiner Übersetzung, das genannte Vorgehen sehe ich mit großer Distanz!
