English to German translations [PRO] Government / Politics | | English term or phrase: inter-federations working group | In order to respond to the Commissions initiatives the EACB has established, together with the other two ECSAs, an ad hoc working group, the so called, ECSA-CESAME working group, with the aim to bring a common input in the Commission’s CESAME group. These inter-federations working group was set up at the end of 2004 and has already held two meetings in order to prepare inputs to next CESAME session on 7 March. The ECSA-CESAME is chaired by Mr.E. Derobert, Crédit Agricole (EACB), while the Secretariat is held by the European Banking Federation. As defined in the Terms of Reference, the scope of these **inter-federations working group** includes:
• The agenda of each CESAME meeting and follow-up actions.
• All Giovannini barrier follow-up, including and especially barrier 3.
• The impact assessment methodology for the “future” directive on Clearing and Settlement.
• Other important topics related to the work of CESAME
• Appropriate lobbying actions when needed |
