(SATZ) | Hier geht es um die geplante Einführung einer EU-Richtlinie zur Schaffung des Euro-Zahlungsverkehrsraums. Version 5 bezieht sich auf den neuesten (5.) Entwurf zu dieser Richtlinie. Der markierte Satzteil ist mir nicht ganz klar:
Whilst the Commission has indicated that version 5 would, in principle, no longer be subject to consultation, the industry – through EPC - is still trying to force a dialogue with the Commission’s services. On its side, the EACB is considering that the time for discussion at service level has passed **and is arguing for a political lobby**. This has resulted in a request from Commissioner McCreevy to the EPC Chairman to come and explain the industry’s concerns.
Meine vorläufige Übersetzung:
Obwohl die Kommission andeutete, dass Version 5 im Prinzip nicht mehr zur Debatte stünde, versuchen Vertreter des Sektors noch immer, durch den EPC einen Dialog mit den Abteilungen [Ausschüssen/Gremien] der Kommission herbeizuführen. ich würde den Text wie folgt übersetzen:
Während die Kommission darauf hingewiesen hat, dass die Version 5 im Prinzip nicht mehr länger Gegenstand der Beratung ist, versuchen die Industrievertreter noch immer, über den EPC einen Dialog mit den Kommissionsausschüssen zu erzwingen. Die EACB ihrerseits hält die Zeit für Gespräche auf Ausschussebene für abgelaufen und tritt für eine politische Lobby ein.
