To help improve results in the furniture area, he developed a way to track sales and energize associates. He came up with the “Match and Attach” slogan to help keep the focus on **attachment selling**. He also has a keen focus on customer satisfaction. If a difficult situation comes up, XXX is often the first one there, resolving the issue before a manager ever needs to get involved.
