ich habe gerade ein Empfehlungsschreiben eines US-Kaufhauses vor mir liegen und finde einfach keine ansprechende Übersetzung für die o. g. Stellenbezeichnung.

Der ganze Satz lautet:
Mister X began as a *3rd Shift Stock associate*, where he was responsible for stocking Shelves and building features of Merchandise.
Kein weiterer Kontext diesbezüglich.
