hallo, es handelt sich um eine präsentation für direktoren und leitende angestellte zu den vorzügen von "performance management"/unterpunkt prämiensystem. hier der von mir gesuchte begriff im zusammenhang:

Performance reward should be generally ***biased to bonus*** with the salaries controlled to ensure that they remain within market rates.

(aktuell so übersetzt:)
Prämien sollten grundsätzlich eher in Form von Bonuszahlungen erfolgen, wobei die Gehälter kontrolliert werden sollten, damit sichergestellt werden kann, dass sie sich innerhalb des marktüblichen Rahmens bewegen

Da Prämine ja Bonusse sind, würde ich eher so sagen:
Vergütung sollte im Allgemeinen eher in Form von Prämien erfolgen. und Gehälter..., damit sie nicht...

Re jc's answer: this is about the balance between regular salaries and performance incentives; a bonus is _not_ a salary increase!
