Ich würde nur schreiben:
Kabinenpersonal (was mache ich mit "Intermediate"??)
Könnte man übersetzen:
Weiterbildung für Kabinenpersonal??

Nur, wenn es lower, intermediate und upper gibt, was wäre dann upper? Kommt aber so am ehesten hin.
