Ich konnte den Begriff nur in technischem Zusammenhang finden, zB Leitungskanal. Ist hier wohl im übertragenen Sinn gemeint. Könnte ich mit "Vertriebskanal" übersetzen" |

Explanation:
Es lässt sich so schnell keine direkte Referenz im Internet finden, daher würde ich es so wörtlich wie möglich machen.
Allerdings klingt "Kanal" im Deutschen in diesem Zusammenhang nicht sehr überzeugend.
Die bewusste Wahl des Wortes "conduit" verstehe ich als so etwas wie
"die Gesellschaft, durch die unsere Geschäfte/Transaktionen/der Vertrieb in den USA laufen/läuft (abgewickelt werden/wird)"
(= the channel/company through which we operate in the US/the company that runs our businesses/transactions for us)
Obige Phrase wäre auch ein Vorschlag zur Umschreibung des Ganzen.
Dann schlage ich, obwohl weniger wörtlich, aber auch im Sinne von "representation/run your affairs" und "ohne unbedingte direkte Verbindung mit/Beteiligung an der XYZ Firma"
"Vertriebsgesellschaft"
oder auch
"U.S. amerikanische Geschäftsvertretung" oder bloß "U.S. amerikanische Vertretung" vor.
