Es geht um ein Leadership-Training. Unter der Überschrift "Learning to be present", heißt es:
- Be truly present
- Bring your whole self into every interaction
- ***"In Synch"*** - Being present on a deeper level."
Das "In Synch" ist im Originaltext in Anführungszeichen gesetzt.
Ich bin dabei, eine bestehende Übersetzung zu überprüfen.
Übersetzt wurde wie folgt:

"In Synch" ... auf einer Wellenlänge - Auf einer tieferen Ebene präsent sein.

Ich kannte das "In Synch" bisher nicht.
Kann ich das so stehen lassen?

Ich habe mal ein bißchen gegoogelt und keine einzige deutsche Quelle gefunden, in der das so übernommen worden wäre, nicht mal in " ", allerdings habe ich auch nicht so viele prickelnde Ideen für eine Übersetzung, evtl. in Harmonie/im Gleichgewicht auch in ""
Vielleicht gibt es dir und anderen einen Denkanstoss ;-)

Explanation:
This is difficult and my suggestion is just food for thought.

I think "in synch" means that one is in tune with whatever.
So if you are "in synch" you are moving to the rhythm of whatever. But Rhythmus alone seems a bit too weak - your rhythm is also the rhythm of the other people you deal with. You have to be in synch with them.

So, maybe:
im "gleichen" Rhythmus.

I do think "Rhythmus" is closer to the stronger meaning of "in synch" here.

bloß als Gedankenanstoß. "im Einklang" (Dativ) scheint mir auf jeden Fall eine bessere und bis jetzt noch nicht übertroffene Idee.
