Einziger Anhaltspunkt: danach folgt noch "Tapping Creative & Innovative Potential".
Einen Google-Eintrag dazu fand ich nicht.
Dass "Lightbulb" groß geschrieben wird, macht mich auch stutzig. Scheint wohl im übertragegen Sinn gemeint zu sein. Habe den Ausdruck noch nie gehört.
