An Executive Assistant differs slightly from Administrative Assistant in the connotation of supporting an officer of a company, either public or private, who carries the authority to make crucial decisions affecting the direction of said organization, and is therefore a sought-after resource in decision-making and policy setting. The Executive Assistant performs the usual roles of managing correspondence, preparing research, and communication while also acting as the "gatekeeper," understanding in varying degree the requirements of the Executive, and with an ability through this understanding to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of the Executive's time.

An Executive Assistant may from time to time act as proxy for the Executive, representing him/her in meetings or communications.

Explanation:
Hier geht es speziell um den Aufbau eines sehr kleinen Teams und ich würde weder Chefsekretärin noch Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung wählen. Es sind schließlich nur der Logistikmanager und ein Assistent, die das Basisteam bilden.

Logistikmanager und Chefsekretärin passt hier nicht, finde ich, und executive ist aus nicht gleich geschäftsführend, also würde ich das mangels einer besseren deutschen Entsprechung in diesem Fall weglassen.

Und überigens, als ehemalige PA/EA würde ich immer den Begriff Assistentin vorziehen, da Sekretärin oder Chefsekretärin doch mittlerweile ein wenig veraltet in der Geschäftssprache sind und leider auch zunehmend negativ behaftet, aber das nur nebenbei.

agree  Steffen Walter: Stimmt. Nach zweitem Lesen der Frage ("kleines Team") wohl am neutralsten. Trotzdem wäre eine Rückfrage beim Kunden zur weiteren Organisationsstruktur empfehlenswert.
