Es geht darum, dass der Mitarbeiter die Genehmigung sein es Vorgesetzten zur Teilnhame der Schuung braucht. Bedeutet der Terminus "owned by you" in diesem Zusammenhang "liegt ganz bei Ihnen". Oder bin ich da auf der falschen Fährte?
Hier nochmal der kompette Satz.

wenn sich der Halbsatz wirklich auf die Genehmigung durch die Vorgesetzten beziehen sollte, klingt es, als sei der Angestellte für das Einholen dieser zuständig.
