English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Human Resources / Potenzialanalyse | | English term or phrase: critical resource | Das Vergütungssystem eines internationalen Unternehmens verknüpft Leistungsbeurteilung und Potenzialbeurteilung mit der Vergütung.
Mitarbeiter mit mittlerem Entwicklungspotenzial, die die Ziele erfüllen oder übertreffen, werden als ***critical resource*** bezeichnet.
"core contributor" heißen Mitarbeiter, die die geforderte Leistung erbringen oder sogar mehr, aber deren Entwicklungspotenzial niedrig eingestuft wird.
"high potentials" heißen Mitarbeiter, die die geforderte Leistung erbringen oder übertreffen und deren Potenzial als hoch eingestuft wird.
Ich suche einen treffenden deutschen Ausdruck für "critical resource".
"kritischer Mitarbeiter" wäre völlig abwegig.
"Ein Mitarbeiter, der für das Erreichen der Unternehmensziele wichtig ist", wäre mir zu lang.

... wäre eine weitere Variante. Das Unwort "kritische Ressource" würde ich mir geflissentlich verkneifen - man muss doch nicht alle Sprachpanscher-Ausflüsse übernehmen :-)
