Präsentation eines großen Sportartikelherstellers zur Unternehmensgeschichte; Auflistung der wichtigsten Jahreszahlen mit Ereignis dahinter.

In einem Jahr heißt es:

"R&D Center is completed in XY as a new center for research/development and ***human resource cultivation***.

Fällt euch was schönes für die HR Kultivierung ein???
Mehr Kontext gibt's in diesem Zusammenhang leider nicht...

agree  Jutta Scherer: Vor allem in Verbindung mit "Zentrum für" finde ich das hier am passendsten, schließt auch Weiterbildung mit ein. Mitarbeiterförderung ist auch OK, geschieht aber des Öfteren auf Ebene der Einzelperson
