Darin kommt dieser Satz vor: Determine both internal or external focus and nature of interests of communication contacts. Ich verstehe, dass bestimmt werden muss, ob die Kommunikation intern ist oder nach außen stattfindet und welcher Art des Interesse der Personen ist, mit denen der Positionsinhaber kommuniziert.
