English term or phrase: dedicated search and overseas assignments
Es geht um einen Vertrag einer Personalvermittlung. Bei der Berechnung der Vermittlungsgebühr wird auf die Höhe der Jahresvergütung abgestellt: Wer z.B. zwischen 25.000 und 40.000 Euro verdient, für den wird eine Vermittlungsgebühr von 25 Prozent der Jahresvergütung gezahlt und für Bewerber mit mehr als 40.000 Euro werden 30 Prozent gezahlt.

Dann heißt es:

All ***dedicated search and overseas assignments ***are charged at 35% of Annual Remuneration

Overseas assignments dürfte wohl Auslandsentsendungen bedeuten, aber wohin mit dem "dedicated search"? Sind damit besonders aufwändige Suchaufträge gemeint?
