Was gemeint ist, weiß ich - nur nicht, wie ich das passend übersetzen kann.

Dieser Ausdruck bezieht sich auf einen Arbeitsnehmer einer amerikanischen Firma, welche mit in Deutschland stationierten US-Truppen einen Liefer- oder Dienstleistungsvertrag abgeschlossen hat. Diese Arbeitnehmer haben dann einen besonderen Status.

Mein Problem ist dabei "NATO contractor", was ich vermutlich nicht als "NATO-Vertragspartner" übersetzen kann, weil ich zumindest unter "NATO-Vertragspartner" eher die Staaten, die gemeinsam den NATO-Vertrag abgeschlossen haben, verstehe.

Aber wie nenne ich es dann, bzw. gibt es dafür einen offiziellen Ausdruck?

Zu meiner Zeit als Soldat (94-06) haben wir die intern so genannt bzw übersetzt.
