Nun, wenn denn aus dem weiteren Kontext hervorgeht, dass hier eher das Vertragsverhältnis und weniger die bekleidenden Personen oder Vertragsfirmen gemeint sind, dann eben meine Vorschlag dementsprechend umwandeln:
"Professionelle Dienstleistung auf Honorarbasis (nach einem "Retainermodell") // Mandat"
"Honorarpauschale" wäre mir zu schwammig/nichtssagend
