Es geht um Präsentationstechnik, konkret um "Connecting with people" und "Speak their language".
"A way of connecting with groups is to match their words and expressions – repeating back exactly what they say. This*** ‘backtrack frame’*** shows you really ‘get’ what they’re saying."

"Backtrack" heißt "nachverfolgen", hier wohl eher "wiederholen". Aber was bedeutet das "frame" hier?
Es gibt eindeutige Google-Treffer, aber eine Übersetzung konnte ich nicht finden.
