Ich habe die beiden Einträge in Kudoz hierzu gesehen, kann mit beiden in diesem Zusammenhang nichts anfangen.
Es geht nicht um juristische Dinge und auch nicht um Technisches.
Es geht um Veranstaltungen eines Unternehmens des Strukturvertriebs, wo ein erfolgreicher Vertriebspartner nun seinerseits Veranstaltungen für neue und prospektive Vertriebspartner durchführen soll. |

An sich könnte man einfach "ins and outs" ignorieren und z.B. "was sie über die Firma wissen" schreiben, aber da ginge schon was (wenn auch nicht SO viel) verloren.
