Hi!
I am translating an opinion survey for a company.
There are about 100 points and the employees can state "agree", "strongly agree", etc.
One item says: "I feel free to contact others for help..."
I was looking for the exact German correspondance, but could not find it.
I wanted to translate it with something like:
"Ich fühle mich frei, andere um Hilfe zu fragen..."
"Ich kann andere frei um Hilfe fragen..."
"Ich kann andere ungezwungen um Hilfe fragen..."
But somehow I feel, it does not render the English concept of it.
Could someone help please?

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass ich mich mit der Bitte um Hilfe an andere wenden kann.

Explanation:
Ich denke hier an Wendungen wie "Feel free to contact me" usw. und könnte mir vorstellen, dass die Frage vielleicht nicht nur auf die persönliche Einstellung, sondern auch auf das Kommunikationsklima abzielt.

Ich finde, die Formulierung 'feel free' sollte nicht überbewertet werden. Letztendlich handelt es sich darum, dass die Person ***ohne größeres Zögern*** (ob nun gerne oder nicht, sei dahingestellt) andere Kollegen oder Kolleginnen anspricht, um die erforderliche Hilfe/Unterstützung/Information etc. zu erhalten.

Der Ausdruck 'feel free to help youself from the fridge' ist ja auch nichts anderes als die Aufforderung, sich ohne Zaudern und Rückfragen ruhig am Inhalt des Kühlschranks zu bedienen ...
